Elements of Balance Inc. clients may choose to have a 30, 45, 60 or 90 minute relaxation, theraputic, sports, or pregnancy massage.  

An added feature is the ever-popular hot stone massage that is both relaxing and therapeutic. The massage therapist uses their hands along with tempered stones providing a transcendent massage with the heat from the stones cutting through tension. The hot stone massage is also offered in 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute increments.
